Ralph Bakshi
Ralph Bakshi is one of my personal favorite film-makers who made his stamp in the industry in the '70s and '80s with such eye-opening films like Fritz the Cat (the first X-Rated film to get a wide release), Wizards, Fire & Ice, (the original) Lord of the Rings, and my personal favorite American Pop, to name a few. His style of filming live actors and then animating the footage became his name sake at rotoscope animation which is still used today (especially in Waking Life and A Scanner Darkly). Even though he did the occasional film and/or series for a younger audience (i.e. Mighty Mouse) he excelled at bringing more adult stories to audiences (i.e. Heavy Traffic and American Pop). We hope that you enjoy these films and seek out other shorts and features by this amazing film-maker.

Alfred Hitchcock
"The Master of Expense" really needs no introduction to film history fans but there are many modern audience members whose only recollection of the name Alfred Hitchcock is either from the show Alfred Hitchcock Presents or his association with the original Psycho. Few can remember the amazing espionage thrillers and suspense films he crafted over a very long career and here we are giving you access to just a few of these films that you can view for Free on You Tube! We hope that you will be able to appreciate these amazing films both from a general storytelling perspective but also from a film-making perspective as Hitchcock was a master at crafting films from both the production side to the technical side.
If you enjoy these films, we hope you'll seek out other films in his filmography not to mention adding these films to your personal physical and digital libraries!
